Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. We may also delete your account and User Content if your account is inactive for an extended period.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and User Content, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUBBLETASKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BubbleTasks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
